Mysore Industries Management Association® (MIND MASS) is an association founded with the core objectives of representing employers before various Courts, Authorities and Forums and to contribute towards amicable settlement of industrial disputes for the smooth functioning of establishments. MIND MASS endeavour to bridge gap between the employers and employees and to bring amity between the two.
MIND MASS has been conducting many workshops to create awareness among employers and employees about their respective rights and duties. MIND MASS has conducted events in relation to applicability of labour laws to hotels, hospitals and nursing homes, safety and welfare of construction workers, recession management, medical negligence and allied issues, etc.
