Mr. J. Purushotham, has been representing and defending various corporate houses before the Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Labour Authorities, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Consumer Forums, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Conciliation Officers etc., since 25 years. He has also been advising the employers on Labour and Employment Laws, Consumer Laws, General Corporate Laws and Civil and Criminal Laws. (During initial days of his career, Mr. Purushotham worked as a junior advocate under Mr. K Kasturi, Designated Senior Counsel, Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka).
Mr. J. Purushotham is also the Founder and President of Mysore Industries Management Association (MIND MASS) ®, an Employers’ Association. Under the banner of MINDMASS, he has been conducting various seminars and workshops educating all stake holders and employees.

Ms. S. Anuradha is an advocate, having experience in litigation matters of over 27 years. She was initially trained by her father, Late R. Srinivasachar, who was a leading advocate in Mysore. After her father’s demise, she took over her father’s practice and has been handling civil cases, debt recovery matters, property matters, family court matters and medical negligence cases.

Mr. Vyshak is a Advocate, who as enrolled in the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2020, He graduated from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be university) with a specialization in commercial laws. Pursuant to his graduation Mr. Vyshak has completed a PGDIPRL from the reputed National Law school of India University, Bengaluru.
During his graduate legal education Mr. Vyshak has gained abundant exposure in various facets of Legal Practice, having successfully completed training and internship under the guidance of various respected Legal Practitioners and Law Firms.
He has joined our office in 2021 and handles matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, Civil Courts, Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal in Bengaluru.

Mr. Panchakshari has started his practice as Legal Associate with Sri K.V. Narasimhan, Retd. Senior Civil Judge, High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru. He has joined the Firm in the year 2011. He has handled Civil matters at High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru. He has been handling civil matters at various Civil Courts and handling Labour Cases at Labour Court and Industrial Tribunals. In addition, he is appearing before various Authorities under Labour Laws and attending Conciliation Meetings on behalf of the Managements of various Organisations.

Mr. Murthy is associated with our Firm since 2010 He has been handling HR and Statutory compliance related matters/disputes under the Labour and Employment Laws. He has experience in handling HR and IR related matters, statutory registration and compliances, environmental clearance, etc.

Mr. Venkatesh has rendered more than 44 years of professional service in the field of HR and General Administration in Private, Joint Sector, State Government and Central Public Sector Enterprises, including M/s Mysore Paper Mills Ltd., M/s Bhadravathi, M/s BEML Ltd. and M/s Hutti Gold Mines Co. Ltd. (HGML).
Out of 44 years of professional service, he has worked as Unit Head – In-charge of Mining, Metallurgy, Exploration, Engineering and General Administration in the capacity of Executive Director in Government of Karnataka Undertaking, viz., HGML, for a period of 5 years. During his tenure, for the best performance, the company was rewarded with ‘Chief Minister Rathna Award, 2009-10’ by the Government of Karnataka.
During his professional career in various organizations, he has associated in finalizing various tri-partite settlements in regard to revision of wages & other benefits, manpower study, job description and fixation of cadre strength at various levels and formulation of Recruitment and Promotion Policy.
Pursuant to his tenure with HGML, he has rendered HR Consultancy Services for preparation of Cadre, Recruitment and Promotion Rules to various Government Undertakings, viz., KSDL, KSSIDC, Keonics, KSHDC and KSIC. He has also associated with Educational Institutions at Mysore as Consultant (HR & Admin.).
Mr Ramamurthy has practiced as an Advocate from 2000 and joined our Firm in 2015. He has been handling litigation before various Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals and Civil Courts.
